Aloha! I’m Dom, founder and lead instructor of Venture North Shore.

After years of traveling the world as a private surf guide—leading exclusive surf adventures for professional athletes, celebrities, executives, and families—I realized my favorite place to be was back home in Hawaiʻi, doing what I love most: introducing people to the joy of surfing.

Born and raised in Hawaiʻi, I’ve spent a lifetime in the ocean. Today, I work alongside a handpicked team of experienced local instructors who I’ve personally trained to deliver the same high standards of safety, professionalism, patience, and genuine aloha that have become our trademark.
