Shipping: All lesson passes are delivered digitally by email, typically within 24 hours of purchase. No physical shipping is required. Returns & Refunds: Unused passes may be canceled for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as the lesson has not yet been scheduled or redeemed. To request a cancellation or refund, please contact our customer service team. Pass Validity: All lesson passes are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
